Privacy
This website is deliberately built to process almost no data: it is static HTML. There are no cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no embedded third-party content and no forms. That is why there is no cookie banner — not out of negligence, but because there is nothing to consent to.

Server log files
The site runs on a server I rent in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (DigitalOcean). Serving a page necessarily produces access data: IP address, timestamp, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser and operating-system identifier, and the referring page.
This data is required to operate and secure the site. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in a working and secured service. It is not combined with other data, not analysed, and deleted after 14 days at the latest.
Fonts
The fonts used (Newsreader, JetBrains Mono) are hosted on my own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider. Loading this page makes no request to any third party at all.
Contact by email
If you write to me, I process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries about working together, otherwise (f). I delete the message once it is dealt with and no retention obligation applies.
Enquiries via the form
If you use the enquiry form, I process what you enter there: your name, your email address, the service you selected and your message. I need them to reply and to quote you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract).
For delivery I use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). Brevo processes your email address and the content of your message on my behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Processing takes place within the EU.
You receive a confirmation of your enquiry by email so you know it arrived. The form itself loads nothing from Brevo — the data goes to my own server first and onwards from there. Loading the page therefore still creates no connection to any third party.
If you receive this confirmation without having made an enquiry, someone entered your address. You do not need to do anything — no account is created, no newsletter, no further email. Drop me a line at hallo@ronnyglotzbach.com and I will delete the enquiry straight away and confirm that I have.
I delete the enquiry once it is dealt with and no statutory retention obligation applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. An informal email to the address above is enough.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority. The one responsible for me is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestr. 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
