Working with me

Clear packages, fairly costed.

A website with me is made of three building blocks at €700 each: design, backend and frontend. Together, as the complete base, they cost €2,100. If you would rather bill by time, an hour is €80 — that applies to projects as well as coaching. Domain and hosting run in your name.

I build websites solo, with modern AI tools. That makes me fast — and considerably cheaper than an agency, without cutting corners on quality. You get one accountable person, not an apparatus.

Larger follow-up projects I cost at +30 % on the base budget — for the extra coordination and scope.

Or something in between

The three building blocks are the usual case, not a limit. Book them individually, combine them, or ask for something else entirely. We talk about what you actually need first, and I cost it out for you — as a fixed price, so you know where you stand.

  • A single block instead of the whole base
  • Reworking an existing site instead of building new
  • CMS, more languages, subpages
  • Ongoing maintenance instead of a one-off build
  • Something not listed here at all

Who this is not for

To save us both some time — four cases where you are better off elsewhere.

You are looking for the cheapest option.
I am considerably cheaper than an agency, but I am not the cheapest supplier. If price is the only criterion, there is always someone below me.
You want someone who just gets on with it.
I ask questions before I build — including the uncomfortable ones. If you have a finished specification and only need it implemented, my asking is friction rather than value.
It has to be done the day after tomorrow.
Fast is possible, but not free of cost. Under real time pressure I would rather decline than hand over something I could not defend three months later.
You need ongoing support.
I build and hand over. Domain and hosting run in your name, so you stay able to act. Anyone looking for continuous operations needs an agency with cover — I am one person.

Common questions

What does a website cost?

A complete base costs €2,100. It consists of three building blocks at €700 each: design, backend and frontend. You can also book the blocks individually. Anything beyond that I cost out for you in advance.

Why a fixed price instead of an hourly rate?

The fixed price is my suggestion, not a condition. I recommend it because otherwise you carry the risk if I turn out slower than expected: you know the cost before we start, and I have an incentive to work efficiently rather than collect hours. If you would rather bill by time, that works too — €80 per hour. That often fits better when the scope is still open or you want to decide step by step.

How long does a project take?

For the complete base I usually plan two to four weeks, depending on how quickly copy and images arrive from you. That is normally the real bottleneck, not the build. I commit to a date once I know what is being built.

What if I need more than the packages?

Then we talk about it first and I cost it out — again as a fixed price. Larger follow-up projects I cost at +30 % on the base budget, for the extra coordination and scope. A CMS, more languages or ongoing maintenance are not special cases, they simply are not in the standard package.

Who owns the domain and hosting?

You do. Both run in your name and on your invoice, not mine. That keeps you able to act at any time, including without me. I set it up, but I do not hold on to it.

Can I book a single building block?

Yes. Each block costs €700 and works on its own. If you already have a design, for example, you book frontend only. I will tell you honestly when a block makes little sense without another.

What happens after going live?

The site runs, and you can keep it as it is — the only ongoing costs are domain and hosting. Maintenance and further development are deliberately not in the package, so nobody pays for something they do not need. If you want it, we arrange it separately.

Do you work alone?

Mostly yes, and that is the point: one accountable person, a direct line, no apparatus in between. When a project grows I bring in developers or designers from my network. I remain your point of contact.

1:1 coaching

Instead of building for you, I show you how I work: we sit down together and tackle your real problem — Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex. Not a course, not a retainer. What I write on the blog stays free.
