A website with me is made of three building blocks at €700 each: design, backend and frontend. Together, as the complete base, they cost €2,100. If you would rather bill by time, an hour is €100. That applies to projects as well as coaching. Domain and hosting run in your name.
I have been building software since 2011, most of that time without AI. Today I work mainly with Claude Code, because it gets me furthest. How much difference that makes shows at Psychofit, where I am technical co-founder and own the technical side: it saw more changes in 2026 than in the three years before combined. That makes me considerably cheaper than an agency, without cutting corners on quality. And you always know who is working on what.
A website consists of three building blocks. You can book them separately or together as the complete base. Domain and hosting run in your name. They belong to you, not to me.
Larger follow-up projects I cost at +30 % on the base budget, for the extra coordination and scope.
The three building blocks are the usual case, not a limit. Book them individually, combine them, or ask for something else entirely. We talk about what you actually need first, and I cost it out for you — as a fixed price, so you know where you stand.

To save us both some time — four cases where you are better off elsewhere.
A complete base costs €2,100. It consists of three building blocks at €700 each: design, backend and frontend. You can also book the blocks individually. Anything beyond that I cost out for you in advance.
The fixed price is my suggestion, not a condition. I recommend it because otherwise you carry the risk if I turn out slower than expected: you know the cost before we start, and I have an incentive to work efficiently rather than collect hours. If you would rather bill by time, that works too — €100 per hour. That often fits better when the scope is still open or you want to decide step by step.
For the complete base I usually plan two to four weeks, depending on how quickly copy and images arrive from you. That is normally the real bottleneck, not the build. I commit to a date once I know what is being built.
Then we talk about it first and I cost it out — again as a fixed price. Larger follow-up projects I cost at +30 % on the base budget, for the extra coordination and scope. A CMS, more languages or ongoing maintenance are not special cases, they simply are not in the standard package.
You do. Both run in your name and on your invoice, not mine. That keeps you able to act at any time, including without me. I set it up, but I do not hold on to it.
Yes. Each block costs €700 and works on its own. If you already have a design, for example, you book frontend only. I will tell you honestly when a block makes little sense without another.
The site runs, and you can keep it as it is — the only ongoing costs are domain and hosting. Maintenance and further development are deliberately not in the package, so nobody pays for something they do not need. If you want it, we arrange it separately.
Mostly yes. You write to me, I reply, I build it — there is nobody in between relaying information. When a project grows I bring in developers or designers from my network. I remain your point of contact.
Instead of building for you, I show you how I work. We tackle your real problem — Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex — and you carry on with it afterwards. Not a course with a fixed syllabus, not a retainer: you book the hours you need.
Tell me what you have in mind. The more concrete it is, the more precisely I can tell you what it costs and how long it takes.
